UTE (electricity): Social Bonus, ~80% off for AFAM-PE, automatic (no paperwork). OSE (water): reduced Social Rate (~$156 up to 15 m³/month), requested at OSE. Supergás: 50% off up to 2 13 kg cylinders per month.
Transport
In Montevideo, Uruguay Social Card holders keep fare refunds; students attending a center registered with the STM get free or discounted fares.
